8. No Guarantee of Refunds
Refund approvals and amounts remain subject to the insurance carrier's policies, the terms of your signed policy agreement, applicable North Carolina insurance regulations, and the circumstances of cancellation. Coastline Insurance Associates Inc. cannot guarantee the approval, timing, or amount of any refund.
